Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. High tide waves approaching Waikiki Beach at Cape Disappointment in between storms. Storms rolled by here every couple hours and light was finally decent (and so was the calm weather) during high tide which was around 1 PM.
