With the North Head Light directly behind me, you overlook Benson Beach and the North Jetty. In a distance, you can see Saddle Mountain and the Oregon coastal range. This time of year during the winter, the Moon actually sets around 3 PM, so as the sun rises, you still have a moon to view. It was a magical morning, the high cloud vapors lingered and glowed as light hit.
